Our peaceful resident rooms are designed to help you rest and unwind, complete with flat screen TVs and complimentary cable. Listen to the gentle chirps in our dining room’s bird aviary or revel in the calm from a rocking chair on any of our covered porches, found on each wing.

No bare walls or sterile corridors. Lively original artwork by local artisans lines the hallways, with decorative murals brightening the walls of the Special Care Unit. And thanks to our staunch commitment to cleanliness, we keep the place spic and span — so you’re always ready to welcome family and friends.

Our tasty, satisfying meals are carefully planned by a registered dietitian, so they’re packed with vegetables and high-quality nutrients, with special delicacies for the holidays. And with our buffet-style dining, you only put the foods you like on your plate. Nothing strikes your fancy? Just choose an alternate soup, salad, or sandwich. We can even serve you in your room.

Draw strength from nature

The great outdoors is within your reach with our multiple walking paths and outdoor sitting areas, enclosed by fencing to ensure safety. During the warmer months, we might even take you outside for some of your physical therapy sessions.

It’s hard not to feel energized when you’re in the “Valley Beautiful,” our Northeast Tennessee mountain community located in the foothills of the Appalachians. Take in breathtaking mountain scenery from almost every window of our facility, any time of year — from snow peaks in the winter to colorful foliage in the fall and vibrant greenery in spring and summer.
