Alzheimer's Care

The Center on Aging and Health is the only unit in Northeast Tennessee specifically designed for Alzheimer's residents.

Adult Day Care & Respite Care

Adult Day Care and Respite Care provide caregivers time off and residents enjoyable visits with us. This is a full time program with optional evenings and weekends.

Therapy Services

We offer Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy as Inpatient and Outpatient services. Our beautiful walking trails make therapy very enjoyable.

Skilled & Long Term Nursing Care

The nursing staff are professionally trained in areas such as:

  • Wound Care
  • Feeding Tubes
  • IV Administration
  • Palliative Care
  • Nutritional Management
  • Pain Management
  • Medication Administration

Intergenerational Therapy

Visitors of all ages bring new life to our facility.

Pet Therapy

Residents enjoy our dog, Rico, the colorful birds in our aviary and the striped fish living in our large tropical fish tank.
